Why Us?

Hearts In Home is committed to providing the Orange County senior community with quality in-home care. Our personalized and affordable non-medical caregiver services give our clients the companionship that they need to maintain their independence while remaining in the comfort of their home. Our personable approach and attention to detail is what sets us apart from other senior care options.

Thoughts to consider when choosing an In-Home care agency:

  • Is the company professional, receptive, and helpful?

Our professional In-Home care specialists are available every day of the week to answer questions, rearrange schedules, and to help make a smooth transition for you and your loved one.
  • Does the company have experience with clients suffering from Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory loss?

Our caregivers and companions are trained to handle the challenges associated with caring for individuals with mental health disorders in a delicate and proactive manner.
  • Are the caregivers and companions screened, bonded, and insured?

All our caregivers and companions are required to go through background checks, live-scans, CPR certification, and mental health evaluations.

  • How does the company pay their caregivers?

Our employees and caregivers are NOT independent contractors. This helps to protect our clients from liability.

  • Are backup caregivers available in case of emergency?

Hearts In Home employs a wide range of caregivers throughout Orange County, enabling us to send out a temporary replacement should the need arise.

  • Does the company do performance evaluations for employees?

It is important you are satisfied with the service you are receiving. We are dedicated to doing random quality assurance checks for every caregiver. We also love your feedback! After your caregiver’s first 30 days, we will have you fill out a formal review.

How did you hear about us?

Your Question:

  • How soon can you find us a caregiver?

We have an extensive catalogue of available companions and caregivers to suit your individualized needs. We recognize the importance of compatibility between the personalities of both client and caregiver; therefore our caregivers are carefully matched with each client. It is our goal to keep the same caregiver with a client so that they become like a member of their family. After a caregiver is placed we keep in touch on a regular basis with both client and caregiver to make sure the client is receiving the best possible care.
  • What happens if my caregiver calls in sick?

We work as a team, with backups for each client. Another Caregiver will be temporarily assigned to your loved one.
  • Do you have workers comp?

Yes! It is important to protect our employees should any accidents arise.
  • How do you screen and qualify your caregivers?

Our caregivers and companions are chosen based on previous experience, possession of CPR/First Aide Certification, background check, Live Scan, psychological profiling and a passion for enriching the lives of seniors.
  • Are your services available in Nursing Homes, Facilities, Rehabilitation Centers and Hospitals?

We are happy to provide Caregivers for residents of facilities, nursing homes and for those who require additional care in hospitals and rehabilitation centers.
  • Who do I pay? Who pays the caregivers and what mode of payment do you accept?

Clients pay Hearts In Home directly and we in turn, pay our caregivers through our payroll department. We accept checks, credit cards, workman’s compensation insurance and long term insurance payments. We will bill both of these insurances for you.
  • What are your rates?

Everyone is different and every client has individual needs. We do our best to accommodate every need in a reasonable and cost-efficient way. Please call (714) 815-7416 for a FREE assessment of the care you need for your loved one. We would love to work with you on balancing your budget and quality caregiving.
