    It is important you are satisfied with the service you are receiving. We are dedicated to doing random quality assurance checks for every caregiver. We also love your feedback! After your caregiver’s first 30 days, we will have you fill out a formal review.

  • How soon can you find us a caregiver?

    We have an extensive catalogue of available companions and caregivers to suit your individualized needs. We recognize the importance of compatibility between the personalities of both client and caregiver; therefore our caregivers are carefully matched with each client. It is our goal to keep the same caregiver with a client so that they become like a member of their family. After a caregiver is placed we keep in touch on a regular basis with both client and caregiver to make sure the client is receiving the best possible care.
  • What happens if my caregiver calls in sick?

    We work as a team, with backups for each client. Another Caregiver will be temporarily assigned to your loved one.
  • Do you have workers comp?

    Yes! It is important to protect our employees should any accidents arise.
  • How do you screen and qualify your caregivers?

    Our caregivers and companions are chosen based on previous experience, possession of CPR/First Aide Certification, background check, Live Scan, psychological profiling and a passion for enriching the lives of seniors.
  • Are your services available in Nursing Homes, Facilities, Rehabilitation Centers and Hospitals?

    We are happy to provide Caregivers for residents of facilities, nursing homes and for those who require additional care in hospitals and rehabilitation centers.
  • Who do I pay? Who pays the caregivers and what mode of payment do you accept?

    Clients pay Hearts In Home directly and we in turn, pay our caregivers through our payroll department. We accept checks, credit cards, workman’s compensation insurance and long term insurance payments. We will bill both of these insurances for you.
  • What are your rates?

    Everyone is different and every client has individual needs. We do our best to accommodate every need in a reasonable and cost-efficient way.
